Quality Assurance
​We try to check every product as it comes off of the press, but sometimes mistakes make it out the door. It is your responsibility to check over your product upon receipt. We allow an industry standard 72 hour window from the time you receive your product to notify us of any issues with your order. Ramos N Sonz is not responsible for any errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving your product. Additionally, Ramos N Sonz is not responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective items are sent out to your final customer. While Ramos N Sonz completes thorough quality checks on all product, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer.
Art Approval and Order Proofing
All artwork will be approved via a digital mock-up through email. The customer must check artwork for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art, and accuracy of artwork. It is very important to look over every detail of the digital mock-up, as this is how your garments will print. The customer has 24 hours to approve the digital mock-up upon receipt. Any delays in the approval process will result in production delays. Additionally, any corrections/modifications requested and/or implemented after the customer's approval will result in production delays and additional expenses, which will be invoiced accordingly.
Pricing
Ramos N Sonz reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
Shipping
Ramos N Sonz will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company. We currently ship using USPS unless otherwise requested. Our current shipping time frame is standard 3-5 business days with the exception of holidays.
Cancellations and Restocking
Cancellations made after the order is placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments (tag removal, printed tags, printing, hem tagging, etc.) has begun.
Returns and Replacements

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with
the carrier.

All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
